Hooking Up Starter Wire Confusion
 

I'm in need of some knowledge please.

I see that the wire from the battery and the wire from the alternator hook up to the long pole of the solenoid; and the yellow wire from the # 6 pin off the engine wiring harness connects to the male pin at the bottom of solenoid BUT, what connects to the 2 male pins at the top of the solenoid?

I’m outa wires under here?

Nope, you've use up your allotment of wires.

Truthfully, I don't know what the hell they are for, but the other connectors are vestigial, like your appendix. They look like they serve a purpose, but you don't need them for anything.

post a pic. are you talking about a booster/aftermarket solenoid. (to boost the key switch voltage) ? or stock set up?
