My horn doesn't seem to be working. It was working fine before and now nothing. I took the horn pad off and shorted the wire to the steering wheel and got a nice spark, so power is going through. I'm thinking it could be the relay. Where is this relay located? The Haynes manual doesn't seem to point it out, or maybe I just can't find it. Help please.

unscrew the fuse box, there are two screws holding it up. The horn relay is the second from the right, i believe.

The position of the relays on top of the fuse panel varies a lot, possibly depending on what the installer had to drink at lunch.
The best way to tell which one it is would be to look at the colors of the wires going to it. Find the horn relay on your year's wiring diagram, note the colors of wires that should be hooked to the relay. Look for a relay socket with those color wires going to it. That'll be the horn relay.--DD
