Molded in front GT bumper Q's???
Hey guys, I am thinking about bonding/blending the front bumper onto the body. I have seen a few photo's of this and would like to here of the issues of doing this.
I know the front trunk emergency release is behing the bumper but I think I can solve that issue. Cheers Kerry |
This is ok as long as you don't touch anything with the bumper. Then, you get to start all over. . .Better idea is to procure a f/g bumper and put it on. Don't know what year you have, but you can save some serious weight here.

There are times when you really just need to remove the bumper. You will have to figure out work-arounds for those circumstances. If you don't mind that, and you like the look, then go for it. --DD |
IF I were going to do that, I'd get a one piece front end and hinge it the front.
