Molded in front GT bumper Q's???

Hey guys, I am thinking about bonding/blending the front bumper onto the body. I have seen a few photo's of this and would like to here of the issues of doing this.

I know the front trunk emergency release is behing the bumper but I think I can solve that issue.

Cheers

This is ok as long as you don't touch anything with the bumper. Then, you get to start all over. . .Better idea is to procure a f/g bumper and put it on. Don't know what year you have, but you can save some serious weight here.

Don't forget other things like: Fog light bulb replacement, front valance/air dam replacement, replacing/repainting/repairing/cleaning the mesh over your oil cooler opening (if any)...

There are times when you really just need to remove the bumper. You will have to figure out work-arounds for those circumstances. If you don't mind that, and you like the look, then go for it.

IF I were going to do that, I'd get a one piece front end and hinge it the front.
