Sluggish running
 

While driving my 1.7 (on carbs ) it started to run sluggish just like when you start uo first thing in the morning before warming up,it's almost making a tuff tuff noise (best i could describe it)there doesn't seem to be a lack of power once it get's going,Any ideas

Mine did that when a spark plug lead fell off... Easy to check.
