EFI in great shape
This is a L-Jet system off a 1.8 1974 914. This system works beautifully and all parts are included, including the mount for the air filter. This is a very great way to get better fuel economy for your daily driver and is ready to bolt on.
I would like $200.00 plus shipping from 92109 I am motivated to sell so make offers! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Do you, or anyone else here know if it will work on a 1.7?

I'm pretty sure it can be made to work, however you'd have to tweak the AFM a bit in order to get it to run correctly..
The intake ports on the 1.7 have a smaller diameter than the 1.8 runners, but I believe they will bolt up to the head. You'd also have to block off the vacuum ports from the heads, you may have to change the 1.7 distributor to an 050 or equivalent Im not sure about that though... I DO know that you can run a 1.8 with the stock 1.7 D-jet f.i. I've done it... |
