I don't know, I have about everything I need...

I could use

a connector and wires for the ignition key on a 84-89 carrera
a connector and wires for the part of the carrera harness that the engine harness plugs into.

I think that I have that, my 87 tub still has the engine harness. I'll get pictures tomorrow.
