FS - 1.7l FI Motor and Transaxle - $750 OBO+shipping
Having made a good deal of progress on my 6-conversion, I am now able to sell the original 1.7 liter fuel-injected motor and tail-shift transaxle from my 1972 914. This car (and its drivetrain) has been in the family for 32 years (25 of them in a garage in Palm Springs).
The motor/tranny has about 60,000 original miles and was serviced about two months ago having had the valves adjusted and a new manifold pressure sensor installed. It runs like a swiss watch. Also included is an excellent sounding Bursch exhaust system. The parts are out of the car and ready for palleting or pick up from the shop near Baltimore, Maryland. $750 OBO + shipping
