1.7 motor - turns over - has not run lately

First, I must apologize to those waiting for pictures.
I have the motor out of my turbo for refurb and my autox car needs attention for this coming weekend. I'll try to get something done soon. With regard to the fuel tank, I have two of them, but I don't have any history on them or the car in general. If you suggest a good test for rust, I'll see what I can do. terry

I need the upholstered pad that goes across the top of the windshield between the front top latches. Do you have it in decent condition? Black.
