chrome bumper and?

I am just arranging to pick up a 74 914 on the West Coast and I have to deal with a few spare parts. There is a rear chrome bumper which is too big to pack in the car and so I am thinking of selling it, if I can get it done reasonably quickly. There is also a side shift transmission, some suspension parts, struts, trunk lid and some other parts potentially for sale. All parts reputed to be in good condition. Any interest? I am told the rear bumper is worth $500.00 or so, but have no idea on the other parts. If interested, reasonable offers probably buy.

bumper and other parts

It would help any interested party to know where on the west cost the car and parts are since shipping does not seem to ne an option.

Unless you have a perfect early chome bumper with the sharp angles it is not likely that it will bring $500. I just spent the day at a Porsche swap meet with a perfect rechromed bumper and no one would buy it for $450 and the chroming was over $300.

I'll trade you my rechromed "early sharp edge" rear bumper for your late rechromed bumper. However even though my bumper was recently rechromed, it is not in perfect condition. It's not rusty or anything but it has some imperfections. (it's not as smooth as glass and there are some small dings) I'll pay shipping both ways.
