FS: Koenig seats -Perfectly restored

Here is a set of professionally rebuilt period Koenig seats for 914. Restored using matching but higher quality materials than original by old school shop. Includes sliders which could use some costmetic work. $1400 + shipping.

Since Pete000 found the need to "help" me I will respond otherwise I would have just ignored his misdirected message.
Here is my response
1. If you are not interested just ignore the post.....who asked you !
2. The "other" seats were sold in record time (see posts) because they were under priced
3. No comparison between the two ..mine are newly rstored correctly...the others are ok but you couldn't have them redone for the difference in what will be the actual selling price.
4. The price is the asking price because everyone wants to "deal"
5. I sold a set of period scheel seats ( very close to these for 1800 and the person may have paid more.
So why not just buy the other seats or mind your own business !

I have something to ad Terry, period correct sport seats for a 914 aren't the easiest things to find, and when you do, it is very rare that they are a "Smoking" deal and when you do, they don't last long.. Those of us who have been playing with 914s know that it has never been easy or cheap to find sport seats for a 914..

Yes they are still available. I am in South Carolina but can work with you on shipping.
Best solution to save $$ is to use motor freight.....only issue is that means I need a commercial location or you pick up at terminal. Not a big deal.
I may have a location to ship to ( Pasadena) if that helps. PM an address for commercial location or tell me if Pasadena ( Honolulu Ave) or lastly your zip code for terminal close by.

If I might be so bold as to offer another shipping solution. Go buy a wardrobe box 21x24x48 put one seat straight down inside and then put the other one upside down on top with padding around all, then ship Greyhound bus. Jim

No worries Jim...always willing to learn...Motor freight is actually superior for such a long trip plus I get a super rate ....(business) ....I actually had something shipped to me via greyhound and it worked although it is on a space available basis.... I have the box and seats are ready just waiting for the able bodied buyer to show up.

I had a ducktail shipped via Greyhound and would not do it again. While the price was right, it took forever ("on a space available basis") and the closest Greyhound station was not "close".
