Side shift conversion "kit"

Hello,
I bought this a few years back when I had a 1970 914 I thought I would be converting to side shift. I no longer have the car. I don't know what, if anything, is missing from doing the conversion. I do have a tail cone, but didn't snap a picture. I have a whole case (HA) and bearing plate if you need that as well. Those parts would be extra. $250 shipped ground in the lower 48 for what you see pictured. Pay Pal is preferred.
