2.7L Engine
Re-post from the 911 classifieds:
Selling a 2.7L that came out of a 1975 911S. Engine case number: 6550157. Asking $3,750. Located in Long Beach, CA. Unknown rebuild history, but has great compression @ 150-160 psi per cylinder. The engine was removed to go with larger displacement. It made 184 HP at the wheels with EFI and ITB's the same day it was removed from the car (to get a before and after). It ran great and only smoked after startup when sitting for a long duration. To my knowledge the engine is stock other than the SC cams I noticed after removing the chain covers. I had to use some parts during the rebuild of the new motor so it's missing a couple small bits including: oil thermostat, alternator, fan, distributor, wiring, oil lines, pulley, and cam chain tensioners. The original CIS manifold is included but has been modified for EFI. Not shown in the photos but available: -Factory 2-in 1-out muffler -Factory headers ![]() ![]() ![]() This would make a great hot rod motor for someone. Feel free to email with questions: andrew@rasantproducts.com

I believe I have the factory CIS for this car, or at least a part of it. Just throwing that out there for anyone looking for something more complete.
