Fair Price for Weber IDF48s.....
I've got some 48s on my 2.0L that were installed about 20k miles ago. I am going to buy a new set of 44s and sell the 48s to a good home. Other than the fact that they produce a permanent low-rev stumble on my car they seem to work perfectly. They would be sold with linkage and air filters. Can anyone suggest a fair price for these beauties?

Just wanted to add, that these 48s were installed by the PO who liked hi-revs. The low-rev stumbling is not a malfunction of the carbs - the 48s combined with 37mm chokes they are just way too big for my 2.0L. My Porsche mechanic (30+exp) says they are in perfect working condition. Some of you out there who buy & sell and peruse used parts have a price suggestion? I'd rather they go to a big T4 914 than e-bay. Thanks.

You could also investigate changing the venturis (chokes) to a smaller diameter and then rejet.
I've sold Weber 40s for $100-$125 each I've sold Del 45s for $150-$175 each Price is what market will bear - A used carb is a core to me, unless completely rebuilt (as in rebushed throttle shafts). Just my opinion
