Rolling Jack's or chassis stands - need some advice

I'm starting the long road of rehabbing an 86 944 and I'm going to need to roll it around a lot and it will be on stands for a long time.

Any good options under $1k? Would chassis stands work? I like the ezv Jack's but they are $1400 or more now. Needs to be stable and be able to roll out in the driveway and back into the garage. Also locking casters needed as the garage floor have a slop for water run off.

Also would like it to be easy to get onto and off of.

Thanks,

Brian

Do you mean something the wheels can fit it and I can push around? I have those, but I need to be about to move it with no suspension parts on and have it at a high I can get under the car as well. I havent needed to have a car on stands this long in the past and still have it be mobile.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Brian

Thanks that is what I had in mind. Most dont hold enough weight though...the summit racing one is nice but max is 2000lbs.

I'll watch the other videos too.

Other thing is getting the car up there. While not overly hard it would just require alot of back and forth with stands or wood blocks.
