Please give me Head bolt specs
I am changing the head gasket in my 944 2.5 litre. Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the head bolts. Also any other related info. would be appreciated. PLEASE help, no one seems to know!

Torque Spec's in the factory manual state the following:
Tightening cylinder head gasket 1st stage 14 ftlb. 2nd stage 37 ftlb. 3rd stage 66 ftlb. Note: Threads of studs must be oiled lightly. Good Luck! |
