What is YOUR broken 924S timing belt experience?

Hello,
I know it has to go in for a true diagnosis and damage assessment, but what has your experience been with a broken timing and balance belt? A few bent valves? Many? Worse? I bought a 924S with a broken belt and just trying to gauge how bad to expect.
No real info on what was going on when it broke.
Thank you for any experience info.

I had a 944 turbo break a belt on the interstate doing about 70 mph. I was very lucky in that I only bent 3 valves and did absolutely no other damage. Most are not so lucky.

A few bent valves and a couple of piston top dings. So only valves, guides, stem seals and a light skim on the head if you’re lucky. It’s very rare that anything breaks loose and damages pistons and bores but I’ve heard it happens.

One broke on me at idle. One bent exhaust valve. Not sure how that happened but only one with no other damage

My engine just shut down so I had turned it off and placed it in neutral as fast as I could and I had no piston damage just a few bent valves.
