What's this?
A wire connected to a 2" piece of hard plastic with wire core. Voltage on the wire is about 0.25 volts with lights on, ignition on, and nothing else I can figure. I had hoped it was part of the under hood light (not installed), mounting hole next to it. Shown with wire stripped back from lug.

Brake sensor related, possibly, there is a brake module and wiring in this general area on my 87...

Hmmm, interesting. This car had a lot of the wiring screwed up when I bought it so I can't verify what it's supposed to be part of. Not going to lose any sleep over it. Just looking for answers.
