944 Injectors

I have an 87 944S. The engine turns over but will not start. I have spark at the plugs but none at the injectors. I did have a little at the injectors until I thought the alarm was the problem and unplugged it. Now the alarm will not work with it plugged back in and still no spark at the injectors. I did notice that I could smell a quite of bit of fuel under the hood even thogh there is no leak. Would a bad DME cause this or the alarm?

This all started when I had the car towed and the starter replaced. Before that the car ran fine. And I have replaced the DME relay.

One assumes you checked all the fuses...

Check the fuel pressure. It may be a problem with the regulator if you smell fuel under the hood.
