Odometer Gear???

Does anyone know where I could get a gear for my 86' 951 odom.? If anyone had a website for VDO or an email or contact info, that would be great.

The gear that your looking for is the soft nylon one that connects to the worm gear ? Mine striped after resetting the trip. I was able to install a washer to space this gear over to some of the teeth that were on the inside , that were not damaged . Good Luck

All of my teeth were stripped. However, I found a guy that sold me a new gear I was very happy and will NEVER press the trip reset while in motion! Myth or not, I will be playing it safe. I paid $20 for the gear. The guy said that it is the same as in a 928, so there is a possibility if you need parts in the future.
