944 idle

Hey all, 85/2 944 has had a little trouble lately, idle is rough and low at startup (600-800) but smoother after it warms up. Two other problems, possibly related: turning on the a/c at idle causes the same low rough running, alleviated by a little gas, and I occasionally get some deiseling at shutdown. The car used to run hot, but I replaced the radiator, thermostat, sensors and coolant and now it only runs in the upper range on 100 degree+ days, mostly runs cool. Plugs, wires, ignition, rotor and cap are all new. Am I looking at a fuel delivery/throttle problem, or is it possibly just time for an idle adjustment at the shop?

As always, all help is welcomed...

Thanks!

Thanks for all the info...found a nut missing a screw in the air filter housing, fixed that. Had to have a SMOG check today and it passed, but the problem remains. Guess I'll start running down the vacuum hoses. Also, I noticed the throttle cam is missing a gude, maybe making it too slack.. I'll adjust this and see where it leads me. Thanks again!
