Engine Harness 2.5/2.6 compatibility
 
Will a 2.7 engine harness work on a 2.5 motor from a 1985.5 Base?
Both are manual and it appears that the DME has the same 35-pin connector

I sorta think the 2.7 uses the S2 flywheel and single crank sensor. You could check PET to confirm.
