1988 924S Automatic ATF Lines

I am in the process of replacing the auto trans damper in my 1988 924S and I cannot find where to disconnect the ATF lines so that the torque tube can be moved back. Any help would be amazing.

I'm going to suggest that you cut the lines in a convenient place (I would use a tubing cutter like plumbers do) and reattach them using fuel line and hose clamps (since those lines are not under pressure.)

Disconnect them at the banjo fitting bolt to the automatic transmission / transaxel.

If you decide to replace the rubber hose part make sure to use stainless clamps and hose rated for ATF.
