Cold feet, no heat in footwell

My new-to-me 87 has a different climate control system than my 84 so I've been learning how it works.

I've noticed my feet getting cold this winter and concluded that no heat was being supplied to the footwell. I traced the issue to a non-functioning rusted servo motor that controls the footwell air supply flap.

I was able to remove the motor and remove the rust and reinstall without too much trouble. This video helped me a lot, but it's not exactly a comprehensive step-by-step.
