Post Power steering fluid

My manual for 1988 944 says to top off power steering fluid with ATF-Dextron. Where can I buy this stuff? Is it sold under a different name now since my manual is 13 years old now? Thanks

You can find Dexron at any gas station or autozone store. you should use Dextron II or III for the PS. Dexron is a generic name for this stuff, so you can find a Citgo brand Dexron, or a Mobil brand Dexron etc ... just read the labels carefully to make sure it is Dexron II at least.
