fuses blowing
umm.... ok maybe i didnt fix that problem... i got it to where the lights will light up and everything will be peachy until the car is in movement. i mean, they stay on while the car is moving, but as soon as i reach about 10 feet from where the car was the fuse blows. any ideas?

Sounds to me that the P.O. monkeyed up the wiring pretty good.
Are the relays intact? I'd probably start at the headlights, and follow the wires throughout their entire run, to figure out what all is going on, and why.
