Two screws on the upper part of the pannel. Then remove the door lock release handel. Then remove screws from the door handel (two I think). Remove screws from the bottom of the map pocket. After that there are several plastic retainers on the inside of the door pannel that will clip into the door. Run your fingures under the edge of the pannel and when you find one lift carefully and it will pop out. Once the door pannel is loose lift up to remove it from the upper portion of the window slot.

Pulling up on the panel isn't recommended, you can tear the cardboard section that holds the clip in place.. There's a panel removal tool that fits between the panel/door and levers against the clip itself, and the door sheetmetal, rather than using the panel to pull on the clip..
The clips can be old and prone to breakage, new clips are cheap. Door panels aren't so cheap.

+1 on the panel tool, I've "saved" many door panels with this simple tool.

Panel tool something you don't use often but when needed worth every pennies you paid for.

Paragon Products has a Window Express kit that makes the windows up/down faster.

LOL, and boo for me, I didn't realise how old the original thread was.. at any rate, I was going to check my window tracks for dried up lube cause even after repairing the wiring to the window relay on the additional fuse board, the windows were still a bit sluggish. much better than before, but still not what they should be.. Noticed that my pannel popper was missing/lost.. I like the one with the bumper pad, gonna try to make one..
