Transmission Mounts
Does anyone know the difference between OEM parts 944 375 045 00 Transmount and 944 375 045 05 Silent Bloc for an early 944?
Has any one used solid mounts on an early 944? Where did you find them? Regards, Larry Dumoff |

I haven't used a hard mount, but one of the guys on RennList has, and he changed back to the stock mounts. I believe he would like to sell the hard mount.
As for the different part numbers, I suspect there is a difference in the rubber dampning material, but I have nothing that will confirm this.
