944 alarm
did the 1987 944 come with a factory alarm? I have a clifford alarm horn i can see under the hood but i don't have an alarm keypad or anything......any ideas?

I have the same clifford one on my car, with the keypad, but the dealer disabled it.

Unfortunately I didn't. He told me it was under the dash somewhere, but I have never found it.

The harness for the factory alarm is there. All you need are an alarm module, hood switch, alarm horn, and the key switch for the driver side quarter panel.

i have a horn under the hood. havent seen another key switch around....where would it be? right next to the door key? or does it replace the old one?

the factory alarm key switch would be located on the quarter panel next to the door lock. the horn under the hood would be from an aftermarket alarm as the factory alarms use the car's horn
