Post Gas Gauge

aight guys... my gas gauge is ALL Fucced up.. it reads correctly most of the time then goes off.. yesterday, i was at a stop light on level ground withe a full tank. i look over, and its at 1/2 mark. then i get on the UPHILL ramp to the freeway, and it goes up to the full mark (where it SHOULD BE)

its fine most of the time, buts others its just bad. is there any way to manipulate the floater in there to work correctly all the time? i dont want this to get worse and worse.

LOOK MA.. 160 at 0 RPMS.

I had same problam before. After I used some fule injection cleaner in the fule tank, it just went back to normal as it should be. I guess it was some clogs on that floating thing that make it not moving smooth. The cleaner cleans it up.
Have you tried it yet?

Hey mideast, I had this same problem. Turned out to be the sending unit that was filthy. You could try injection cleaner first, but if this doesn't work, refer to this article:
