How to remove 951 ignition switch

Everyone wants to tell me how to wire a push button. Everyone says removing it is easy but no one can tell me how to remove it. I'm told that the locking mechanism should be removed on a dedicated track car. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET THIS DAMN THING OUT!!!!!!
