Drive through GA/NC/TN
Next weekend I'll be heading up into the mts, through north GA, then up to NC for Deal's Gap... (thats far east TN/west NC)
Anyone want to join me?

Dragons tail?
That's got to be the best road I have ever been on. If I didn't put my car away already I would join you. I plan on going next spring though with a couple of other cars.

You're 200-miles from Nashville, so I'll pass on the invite, however, you're going to have some cool roads to carve up in East Tennessee.

SR944, I'll be up there this coming Sunday. I guess I'll be at the tail around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I won't be staying the night, I'm just planning on playing all day, then driving home when it gets dark...

I won't be able to join you for the cruise.
 I was involuntarily volunteered to work on Saturday. I wouldn't have enough time to get some Z's then drive down.Next spring I am planning on going to slay the Dragon. I am trying to organize some friends to go down with me. Maybe we could meet then and go for a cruise. There are folks from Wisconsin that do the 12 hour drive just to ride the Dragon. I am one of them. It is so worth it.

ilike.... thnx for the info. How about that road north and east of the Dragons Tail from Gatlinburg to Cherokee, through the park?
That appears to be a nice ride. Through Newfound Gap, US441?
