Post Black 944 in my area

Hey, I got a friendly honk and wave from a black 944NA that drove by me yesterday. Any of you guys have black cars that would have been in Bristol CT yesterday?

Mike, you live in Avon, right? How can I tell if it's your car if I see it?

Nope, that wasn't me, mine's silver. I live in avon, and work in farmington and east granby, so it's very rare that i'd be down in bristol. I frequently miss people in Porsches in oncoming lanes, i'm usualy too focused on where i'm going.

If you ever see me, i really don't have any distinguishing marks on my car, it's pretty much bone stock. The only thing you MIGHT see, is my front plate is somewhat angled down toward the ground, to try and deflect radar waves. I don't know whether that works or not, but it's not hurting anything leaving my plate like that.

Are you going to the autoX at Smith & Wesson in springfield, on sunday? I should be there, but no guarantee. I have a couple of friends from jersey that'll be in the area on sunday, So i might be busy, but i think i could bring them along. My friend is a big car guy, he'd probably love to go.

Yes, THAT Smith & Wesson.

They're located in Springfield MA, and they let the Connecticut Valley Reigon Porsche club use their parking lot, once a month for our autocrosses

I'm not a 'real' member of PCA yet... I am patiently awaiting my credentials to come in the mail. Autocrosses can begin for me as soon as I get that stuff in.

If you ever see a bright white 944 around Bristol/Farmington, chances are that it's me. I haven't seen any other white ones around.

Andre, you are in Natick, right?

My friend Fedda in Natick is possibly buying a 924S that is for sale there.

You probably have seen him around. His last name is Ferretti and his father owns some diner that is there in Natick.
