Sure is, non "forced induction" ie. Non-Turbo, or Non Supercharged. Stands for "Natural Aspiration"

naturally aspirated or normally aspirated (either is acceptable from what I have been told). Aspirated = aspire = breathe in case you didn't figure that out for yourself.
