Automatic transmission mount

Can anyone tell me if the mount for the automatic transmission is the same as a manual transmission? I am looking to stiffen it up, possibly with the ureathane procedure, as the car really groans under medium throttle. Running a rouge MAF kit, too.

PET only shows one style for the later (85.5+) cars.

Thanks, it is an 85.5 model year. Do you think the procedure to remove the cross member and mount together without removing the trans will work on an automatic, too?

I've noticed that there doesn't appear to be a distinction between manual and automatic transmission replacement mounts instructions at Lindsey's Racing.

The part that bolts to the crossmember is the same, but the part that attaches to the transaxle is different between the automatic and the manual.
