The great Porsche 951 swap

Well I've gone and done it...
Wolfrpi decicded to part out his car so I'm gettting most of The hulk and some of the select goodies. We both blew head gaskets two weeks apart. So I'm moving some parts over some I'm buying and some we're selling. I should have the mighty ( but now not so Killer ) Metalic frost green porsche back on the road prob by the end of next week.. whats been done so far

Swapped out the Weltmisters for Stock sway bars.. damm Weltmisters are really heavy

removed the entire ehaust system I'm keeping the Linsey Racing wastegate

Removed the big Turbo I'm going back to stock my turbo seems to just have been rebuilt.

when I'm done this is what I should have
951 200k+
Rebuilt top end
New belts
Koni Yellows on the front with ground control adustable ride height with 275 springs Stock Sway bar

Koni Yellows on the back with 28MM torsen bar

Linsey Racing Wastegate, Huntly varible pressure regulators w / gauge

Stock Turbo cat bypass pipe magnaflow muffler

Forgeline rims

I still need to find some decent aftermarket seats

Do you have a working cargo cover that you wish to get rid of? I need one that fits in the 'non-split' seat.

Also: what kinda shoes will your car be wearing?

Interesting to see that you're going back to stock: them Porsche engineers did stuff right!

Are you going to keep one of the 951 transmissions or would you sell one of them? If you'll part with one, how much would you want for it? -Trevor

we tried to sell parts here and on Rennlist my advice to anyone selling anything is Ebay.. people say you want too much or .. I quoted all the parts to people for less than what they have sold on Ebay for. The tranny went for $537 the best someone was willing to give me here was $325 go figure.. so sorry tranny sold.
