I think i found the problem
 

Well i checked the DME relay and stuff. I pulled it out. My stepdad said its never been replaced. When i pulled it out i noticed that all of the little prongs that stick into the car are discolored. Theyre like a brownish golden tint with very little metal showing. Then i shook it. The thing sounds like a music box. Theres all kinds of crap hoppin around and makin noises in there. Time for a new relay? I can also feel something really big hitting around in there.
