It never ceases to amaze me. One alignment job, a/c blows out 30 mins later, I know where the leak is. Low side condenser fitting, it's very obvious. Why, did you turn a wrench (markings present) there? I'm very upset. Any suggestion to handle this the right way, where nobody gets pissed? I'm sure I'll fix it myself, but it seems to happen over and over again when things have to be done that I can't do.

My guess, they wanted me a as repeat customer. I tried a different shop this time b/c another trashed my rack. When I told the shop what I wanted, and told them of the new parts, they said, oooh, new parts. They made next to zero money on the job for the time they spent. However, it frosts my ass to get more out of me. I'm against frivilous law suits, and this doesn't seem to apply, it's a cheap fix. But where does it end? I'm sick and tired of seeing folks getting ripped off. It happens, and it happens to me every damn time.

I'll calm down, I'm sure.
