90 C2 and Location of FSR (blower resister)
After a prgression of DIY testing, it appears that the final stage regulator (FSR) is faulty in this 90 C2. The front heater motors continue to run with the key removed and with the CCU removed. I have located an FSR from a supplier but I want to verify that the fans stop when the current FSR is removed.
Can someone tell me where the FSR is located and if there are any particular requirements to remove it? Thanks

If you've determined that the fSR is in fact the culprit, the problem should be solved by replacing it with a new one. Are you referring to a 1990 911 C2? If so, try the 911 Tech board; they'll be more familiar with locating git & the process involved.

Oops, Sorry I saw 944 and thought I read 964. I am in a bit of a hurry. Will check back on this thread just in case but I will start a new thread on the correct forum. Thanks again. Loren
