Calling all 924S Owners
Help,
I need advice from anyone who has bought aftermarket wheels. I've upgraded my 924S project with Turbo brakes, and so now I need some 16-inch wheels. I'm looking at a set of C2s, but I'm trying to figure out if I can get 7-inch wide wheels (ET 55) on the rear (with 225/50R16s) or will I need to stick with the 6-inch wide wheels (with 205/55R16s) both back and front. Any word from guys who have done this would be great. ThanksOBTW the fronts need a 7mm/1/4" spacer to fit on the hubs.

this is nit-picking, but I believe that any info about wheels that can be applied to the 924S can also be applied to the 944.

I know that's usually the case, especially with offsets and the like, but the fenders are much thinner, which limits the width of the wheel tire combo.

i'm running 8 inch wide rears with 225/50-16 tires with no problems. just make sure the rims are late offset (52.3mm).

LJD,
Have you lowered the rear suspension at all? Thanks
