I spent a little time and went through the thread - he's dropped $110,000 on the garage so far (and no, that does NOT include the price of the two Porsches, Mercedes, etc.)
Based on my calculations, I've got at least $65,000 more to spend (at least that's what I told my wife!). While I have the walls drywalled and painted, I've still have to put in the ceiling. I've sealed my floor with a clear sealer, so it still looks like concrete. For "only" $5000 I could put down that type of floor covering, but I'm not sure that it would be real useful in a working garage.
