Unhappy Big Big starting problem

I recently had a starter the starter go bad on my 83 944. Stupid thing kept running without engaging and eventually burnt up. I have a new starter now that works great, but I cannot get the car to start.
This is a huge problem because I am leaving Hawaii in four day. If the car is not fixed by the time I leave my only choice is giving it to a junkyard.
The car is not sparking or injecting fuel. Coil is good and I have plenty of fuel pressure.
Please help if you might know any thing about this problem. My cars life is on the line.

Is the engine cranking\turning over?

If it is, you probably have a bad DME relay

Relay board, top row, second from left
