Putting cookie cutters on newer 944's
Im building an 87 944 track car. I want to run cookie cutters (cheap, light and good for ducting) but heard they wont fit the newer suspension. But last I went to look at a parts car (87) and it had cookie cutter wheels, they where fine. THe CC are better because the stick out quite far and give a nice wide track. Has anyone ever run these older wheels on a newer model, and if so any problems. Thanks

Haven't heard of such since the phone dials or cup wheels have more appeal...
I HAVE however seen a set of cookies on an SC suspension'd 914 track car. I think cookie cutters are the best cheap racing wheel you can get.

My early car has late rear suspension.
The Cookies work fine. |
