Just to confirm what I can gather from a search I did on Wheels. mlue (17/2/05) speaks about standard 944 wheels having a 5 x 130 bolt circle, and iceshark (19/2/05) a 5 x 130mm stud spacing.
I take it that is the same as what I would refer to as the Pitch Circle Diameter of the 5 wheel studs? I can get 15" alloy wheels that are made locally here where they will machine the stud holes to the PCD I require. What else beside offset should I be careful of when purchasing new wheels? I am keeping to the 15" 215/60 Bridgestone Potenza SO3 tyres I have as it is too expensive to replace all 4 tyres at same time as wheels. thanks Last edited by Paul Glasson; 03-30-2005 at 06:02 AM.. |

I would just make sure they are made well, I have seen some wheels crack, Also rim weights if they are heavier then it could hurt performance
