Stock Ride Height
Anyone know what the stock ride height is for an 1985.5 NA 944? I recently changed the suspension to coilovers and am going to set the ride height back to stock, for i know it wasn;t stock before I began all of this

well here's the thing - the US stock ride height had the back end jacked up so that it would meet US bumper requirements... for balance/handling, you really want the front and rear (all four corners, actually) to be level. So getting the rear level with the front should be your priority.
Not sure what the front ride height is, though.

The real reason I ask if because you can't (to my knowlage at least) adjust the rear camber. So traction becomes a big issue if the ride height is to far off especially when you now have 11" wide rear tires! ;-P

isn't 11" of rubber a bit much for a 2.5 NA 944? I mean, 1 pound of unsprung weight equals about 10 pounds of sprung weight when one considers accelleration.

Most US models came from the factory with positive rake set to the rear... this is due to US bumper height restrictions. The top edge of the bumpers were set to: 522 +/-20mm Rear, 526 +/-20mm Front (533 +/-20mm for S2).

How about stock height from ground to center of wheel well?
