Will not start when turning ignition alone
 
I know that there's probably many different things that could cause it, but I've been having this problem of the car not starting when I turn the key alone. I have to press the gas pedal a little and turn the key at the same time for it to get moving. Any ideas as to where I should start looking?

Throttle position switch?
