Is there a book for VIN's???
 

For the 911 there's a book that tells about the VIN of older vehicles. Such as year, targa or coupe, motor etc. I have the VIN of a vehicle I was considering buying, but I wanted to check it and make sure it came back with the same specs the seller advertised. So is there a book or location where I can find out more about the VIN of a 944?
