fuel pump
Can someone tell me where to locate the fule pump on a 1986 944 Porsche 4-6 cylinder FI? Or where I can get a diagram!
And if it's a 6 cylinder? Thank fast 924s, you have been a big help

4-6??? If its a 1986 944 its a 4 cyl 2.5L The fuel pump is a inline fuel pump
located on the P/S rear of the car

well there was never a 6 cyllinder 944, so i will tell you where to find it on a 4-cyllinder car.
On the back of the car (underneath, duh), on the passenger side, will be a cyllindrical container (it is blue on most 944s I have seen) that is connected, via tubes, on either side to the gas tank and the fuel filter (a smaller, silver cyllinder)
