Where's the fuel pump relay?

I'm working on an 83 and I can't find where the relay is. The book just says check the relay or yada yada. I'm trying to get this thing started after 3 years. When I turn on the key I don't hear the fuel pump. I took off the fuel rail end cap to make sure and nope, no fuel.
So anybody know where the relay is? Or any suggestions on what I should do?
Thanks

Fuel pump relay is on the top row of the relay board. Second from left.
New part number is 993 615 227 00

Why do you think the relay is faulty? If over 5 years it should be replaced as a preventive measure.
But you need to diagnose first the actual problem. If the engine has not been run for three years..then it's going to need more than a relay.
The timing and balance shaft belts must be changed before even trying to crank the engine.

Fuel pump does not run with the key on. You have to be cranking the engine.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

Well I found out that the pump is bad. I took the plug out of the fuel rail and nothing. This is after finding out that it would kick a little with it turning over.

I replaced the belts a few days before the crash. Do you think I should go ahead and do it again? I'll take the covers off and take a look.

Jumper between aux fuse 2 and 3. The fuel pump should run. If not then the pump is bad. Otherwise you have not properly checked the system and may be replacing good parts with good parts.
