the throttle position switch, is it worth changing? i cant find it anywhere for much less then $75-ish.

what are the symptoms if one if faulty? is there a way to repair it, or does it need to be replaced??

sorry if its a dumb question, tried searching but couldnt find anything, maybe its just me but it seems like the searches come up really general now.

Well, AFAIK, if ya got to keep on the throttle to keep 'er running, its a good chance thats it. Butt, there are other symptoms different from this I hear.

Down and dirty test..........grab ahold of top of throttle cam, turn it, you should hear a very distinct clicking noise, AS soon as ya start to move it. If not, then either its shot, or out of adjustment. Look at Clark's garage for more info on TPS, and how to check and replace it. :)
