Bilstein question

Hi,

I recently installed brand new Bilstein inserts and Weltmeister 250lbs springs on the fron and Bilstein shocks in the rear. However, there seems to be something funny going on. When I come to a full stop, the car wiggles a little bit as if it's not being dampned and just working on the spring. It's pretty annoying actually and it almost seems as if there is a little play in the insert. I don't hear any noises coming from the front.
I do have the right part numbers of both springs and inserts.

Could it be that the spring overpowers the insert?

Has anybody ever experienced this???

That could be caused by the tires flexing because the suspension is so stiff. It's a little giggle right?

Yep, that's what it is. Wow, is that really the tires? Didn't even think about that.

In simulator's, I know it could indeed be the tires that cause that. Whether its what is doing it for you or not in this case, I don't know.

you could try playing with your tires pressures to see if the "giggle" changes.

When I have race rubber on my giggle goes away. On streets it is there.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna try that. Otherwise I'll live with it...
At least now I know it's supposed to be there and there's no need to take the whole shock apart again... :D
